Mirela.bg — real estate platform
with a modern Laravel architecture

The challenge

Mirela.bg is a long-standing real estate platform with a large amount of data, multiple listing types, locations, agents, photos, SEO pages and dynamic filters. The legacy system was difficult to maintain, some pages loaded slowly, and new functionality required working with outdated code and complex business logic.

The solution

We built a new Laravel architecture that preserves the existing data and public URL structures while improving speed, maintainability and future development. We implemented optimized database queries, caching, a cleaner template structure, an interactive map with filters and SEO pages for sales, rentals, locations and property types.

• Migration from a legacy PHP system to Laravel
• Database query optimization and reduction of heavy page loads
• Interactive map with listings, coordinates and filters
• SEO structure for cities, districts, property types and specialized landing pages
• Caching of frequently used results and listing collections
• Preservation of important URLs and existing business logic
• Preparation of the system for easier long-term maintenance and development

The results

After the modernization, Mirela.bg gained a more stable technical foundation, faster loading on key pages and a more flexible system for future features, while preserving the accumulated listing database and SEO value built over the years.
